Boosting childhood

This session was provided to children of different ages in collaboration with a parenting coach Nathalia Costa and Natalia Silva, a kids yoga teacher to do wholesome events for children where they could do art for well-being and yoga. While the yoga teacher and Jules hosted the activities with the children, the parents had a session with parents in order to support them in their parenting journey.

02

Aberffeldy Community Centre

This session was provided to children of different ages and parents in collaboration with a parenting coach, Nathalia Costa, to support the community with some joint mindfulness exercises with their parents for bonding. Saturdays at La Nina Café & Mercato

This session was provided to children ages 4 to 8, they created a cloud that they could use to practice deep breaths by blowing like “wind” blow through the clouds.

These were a series of sessions on Saturdays mornings with different themes every Saturday.

04

Christmas special gift-wrapping

In this session children brought a Secret Santa gift to be given to a schoolmate, a recycled box they would use to create a bespoke box for the person they would gift, the activity prompted children to think about what that person like (dinosaurs, fairies, unicorns etc) so they felt special to receive a thoughtful gift. The activity's point was to remind them of kindness and highlight the importance of recycling and the benefit to the planet.
